Today's my uncles birthday. He's turning 43 and this was probably the one time out of a few that we get to see each other so we all decided to celebrate together. We got to eat at a Chinese restaurant called New Garden. After, we all headed to my uncles house and we stayed there for about 3 hours. Then as soon as me and my family were about to leave, my mom surprised us with a surprise sleepover. Yay. Not really for me. Mostly because my cousins are guys and they're younger. So usually at these things I sit in a corner and read. So my cousins (I have 2) piled into our car. It was a weird car ride home. My oldest cousin(10 years old) wanted to have a race against my brother (9 years old) in Geometry Dash.(I'm going to assume you all know what type of video game it is. Yes it's a video game race. How useful.) I currently at the time had my karaoke microphone at the time (Don't ask why) so I was the commenter. My brother lost all the matches and blamed it on me. Don't know why. We fought but then my brother and my cousin started playing other games so I got out of that fight. Soon we arrived at my house and we set up my cousins beds. My younger cousin(5 years old) during this time was hanging out with my younger sister(6 years old). They are the best of friends. My sister wasn't in the picture above because she passed out due to exhaustion and my mom made her. My cousins and brother are such technoholics. Every waking moment they're on their devices. Like right now. And it's 3 in the morning. I don't think they're allowed. I'm also awake because I was assigned monitor. They don't even look tired. I'll update more tomorrow. I'm tired, because I'm human. I don't know about them.

My cousins woke me up at 6 in the morning asking me to turn on the Xbox, but later we realized that we broke it so they couldn't play. A few hours later we went to the movie theaters to watch Antman and the Wasp. I didn't really get to enjoy it because my younger cousin and my sister decided they didn't like the movie so they kinda made it hard on us. They stayed at our house until 8 and left. This sleepover was exhausting and fun ish.
Today was my friend Megan's 13th birthday. Yes. The birthday where she becomes an official teenager, a very important moment in her life. Megan's my friend that moved to Germany about 3 years ago. She comes and visits for the summer but this is one time where we actually celebrated her birthday with an almost birthday party. The party was to be held at my house. She wanted a party specifically for making slime, and slime only. I expected tons of people to come, but eventually I found out it was only going to be me, her, and her close friend Hannah. I was a bit relieved and a bit discouraged. I was relieved because I didn't want random strangers in my house, but then I also wanted to make new friends. Anyways, so when they came over we made a bunch of slime. What the surprise was, was that they took us to the spa for 2 hours! It was pure torture! They made me do my nails, I had to get a facial, I had to do my hair, and I almost had to do makeup! I absolutely hated it, but I didn't want to hurt my friends feeling since she really wanted to go to the spa. When we first got there we had to wait a bit because my friends mom rented out the whole entire place for 2 hours and there were still people inside so we had to wait a few minutes. During this time we got to sit in their lounge and drink sparkling apple juice while eating tiny cupcakes. As soon as the other people got out we had to go in. The facial, it wasn't actually that bad, but the hair and nails was the torture! The nice ladies curled my hair in ringlets and they painted my nails cotton candy blue and pink! We had "fun", but at the end it was all fine. My friend gave us goody bags that contained a karaoke microphone, and a bunch of German candy. I think that this day isn't a complete waste of time. I guess. Anyways, I'm a slime expert now. It was a pretty nice day, I got to see my friend from Germany, and I made a new friend. Well I actually knew Hannah for awhile, but we were never as close. So it was a pretty worth it day.
Today me, Mario, and Edaurdo decided to have a day at my house. It was around 90 degrees so we had the bright(no pun intended) idea to go swimming. As we were in the pool we decided to run simulations as if we were getting robbed while in the pool. Which was very fun. Later in the evening we made a fire and roasted marshmallows . It gave us a good amount of time to discuss out 8th grade year. Around 9 at night we came decided to play some piano. We tried learned SAD by XXXTENTACION.
(6-22-18) For the past week or so I have been researching programming basics for video games. I enjoy playing video games so I have always wondered how fun it would be to make my own. So I watched a whole lot of YouTube tutorials on basic Unity software develpment also a bit of C# just so I can make sure the computer does what I want it to. Surprisingly the whole thing was so much fun. I built a small 30 min game that you can see to the left. Its supposed to be similar to an endless runner. Very basic but still very fun. y favorite part about the whole thing was the actual programing. It was not hard to pick up since I have done some of Python and Java before. It was mainly variables and coordinates. All in all I think its great and defiantly see it as one of my new hobbies.
Yesterday, we were all having a normal, boring day. However my parents told us late at night to pack and get in the car. Apparently all of us were bored so my mom booked an hotel near Sequoia National Park because Yosemite was full. I couldn’t really take picture with my spaceman on the way here because it was super late so I fell asleep. Even worse, when we got here nobody in my family had signal so I had to wait till we got to the hotel. Unfortunately we didn’t get into the hotel until late in the afternoon because my parents wanted to go see the park first which was good because I took a lot of pics with my space dude. Apart from that, that’s been my day today.
I currently just returned from Oak Glen Christian Conference Center. I as well as everyone in my church who was in junior high went to Oak Glen for a retreat. During the time we were there it was hot and there was NO AC! There was only one place where there was AC and that was the snack bar. During our stay we got to do our various church activities, but they also gave us plenty of free time. (Our phones were taken away, so I wasn't able to take any pictures with my astronaut) During this free time I was able and had the privilege of making new friends, and beating them at Speed in the snack bar since as mentioned before probably the only place with AC. It was a great experience and we actually got to know each other better because we didn't have our phones. We got the chance to also get revenge on each other during a water fight. At the end of our retreat we all sat around a camp fire and roasted smores. And we did not sing kumbaya if you were wondering. We also had a tiny incident where we were all pulling an all nighter outside eating a bunch of snacks and a bear happened to stroll by and smelled the food. As natural instinct of a bear it wanted to eat some snacks with us to, but we were scared so we had to run to our cabins in order to stay alive. No the bear did not kill any of us, we were very lucky. And this was my awesome sorta camp adventure.
Today started off at 9 A.M. in the morning. I got up with my mother to go with her to pick up a car for my father's work. We have to head out to Rose-mead and pick it up. The drive is about an hour, but there is probably going to be traffic.
Before we went to pick up my father, my mother and I went for Starbucks. I ended up getting a triple mocha frappe with a brownie. We stayed for a bit and then headed out.
We are waiting for my father to finish a few car parts before we head out for Rose-mead for the car. I normally go with my parents to pick-up car instead of just staying home. It gives me something to do.
When I got to the car dealer, we waited for the car to be brought over. My mother and I got to talk to John, an employee. He told us a story about his friend who liked to ride his motorcycle. While his friend was riding up the mountain he slid. The bike went into the canyon and the friend fell down into the canyon. Luckily, he got his shirt caught in a tree. Later on a helicopter saved him. That was a cool story I heard. I placed my astronaut (Gilbert) on a Rolls Royce, it is a really nice car. After we got the car and left.
This was a pretty fun Tuesday!
Today we decided to go to the pool since its been super hot, so we went kinda early in the morning(around 9). We just hung out for a while and swam around, it was my sisters first time in the pool and she didnt really want to get out so she threw many tantrums....But after that my dad put his artwork in a gallery, and my uncle was there as the DJ. Many people stopped by to talk to him and admire his work. After that my stepmom had a soccer game to attend and me and my dad went out to get boba.
well anyways have a good day :’)
