Relaxing Beach Day

Today I was woken up at 8:30 ish to get ready to go to the beach. My mom and Kevin’s mom had been wanting to take us and we hadn’t been to the beach all summer so it was the perfect opportunity to relax and get our summer tans LoL. Kevin and Michael (Kevin’s friend) arrived at my house around 11:00 and we were off on our beach adventure. The trip was fairly long because we decided we wanted to go to New Port beach. We finally arived at the beach around 2:00. The waves were really nice nothing too hard. So we swam for about an 5 hours and got major sun burns (Kevin forgot to put sun screen until finally his mom told him to put it on). We came home tired and ready for a long nap.
